A NURSE allegedly caught sexually assaulting her 15-year-old stepson by her husband has been convicted.

The previous nurse has been convicted after accepting a no-contest plea deal to a cost of lewd and lascivious battery.

She was initially charged with sexual battery on an individual 12 to 18 years of age by an individual in familial custody.
